Dale Hummel is the founder of Timeless NETIV and has served as a pastor for more than 40 years, leading Christ-centered, Bible-based congregations while equipping leaders around the world.

With decades of pastoral leadership and global teaching experience, Dale has trained thousands of leaders across Asia, Africa, and the Americas, helping them live and lead with the mind of Christ.

As Director of Spiritual Formation with The Timothy Initiative, Dale helps champion the vision of planting thousands of churches in some of the least-reached places on earth. His passion is making deep biblical truths simple, practical, and life-changing—whether through seminars, video teaching, or on-the-ground coaching of pastors and leaders.

Having experienced both the joys and struggles of life and ministry, Dale speaks with authenticity and compassion. His teaching blends Scripture, scholarship, and story, helping ordinary people live extraordinary lives of love, purity, and purpose.

Dale and his wife, Marcia, have been married for over 40 years. Together they have three children and four grandchildren, who are a constant source of joy and inspiration. Family remains at the heart of Dale’s life and ministry, shaping the way he teaches and lives out the timeless path of following Christ.
